ASYLUM PROCEDURE COUNSELLING FOR REFUGEES IN THE EAE ESSEN
In the asylum procedure counselling service, we support refugees in initial reception centres (EAE) on all questions relating to the asylum procedure.
Our services include:
Counselling on the asylum procedure and your obligations to cooperate
Preparation and follow-up of the interview at the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees
Information on family reunification
Information about your rights and obligations in Germany
Assistance with obtaining missing documents and papers
Information on the topics of language, education and health
Our counselling is individual, case-specific, independent, confidential and free of charge.
Consultation hours:
Monday 10:00 –12:30 and 13:30–16:30
Thursday 10:00 –12:30 and 13:30–16:30
